MA 41-MA23. 1529.0 done/660.8 to go. June 7, 2017.

12 easy miles today. Very uneventful hike. This is the picture our daughter Megan took as I came up the trail. Megan met me today and is picking me up. I’m taking two zero days at her house and then two days of hiking with her and our son in law Alex. 

She brought some trail magic for my friends. Engineer, Maple Syrup, Coyote and Cheez devoured the fresh pineapple, grapes and scotcharoos. I wish we would have taken a photo. 

Megan, Alex and I went for Chinese and ice cream tonight. A great way to begin.
